The product

Your data already tells a story.
RaceProof gives it a shape.

RaceProof cross-references your activity data from independent sources to produce probabilistic trust signals for athletes, activities, devices, and events. The result is a portable, shareable trust profile that grows stronger over time.

Every competitive cyclist produces an enormous volume of performance data. Power meters, heart rate monitors, GPS units, smart trainers. Garmin watches, Strava uploads, Zwift sessions, manual FIT files. Years of it. Thousands of files. All of that data tells a consistent story about who you are as an athlete. The problem is that no one has ever read the full story. Until now.

Not anti-cheat. Not surveillance. A new language for trust in sport, built from the data you already create.

The Proof Network

At the center of RaceProof is the Proof Network: a living graph that maps the relationships between you, your devices, and your activities across every connected source. Your identity sits at the center. Around it, every ride you have recorded, connected to the devices that recorded them. The connections form the fabric of your trust profile.

The Proof Network is not a static badge. It deepens with every ride you record. More rides, more connections, more trust. The network rewards consistency, and consistency is something that cannot be faked over time.

Trust Score

The RaceProof Trust Score is a composite signal built from eight independent components, each measuring a different dimension of data integrity.

Source Provenance
Where did this data come from? Direct device sync earns more trust than manual upload.
Data Completeness
Full power, heart rate, cadence, and GPS streams tell a richer story than missing channels.
Metric Agreement
When two sources record the same ride, how closely do their measurements track?
Match Quality
How well do temporal and structural characteristics of matched activities align?
Biometric Coherence
Are physiological parameters consistent across platforms?
Device Reliability
How trustworthy is each physical device, based on observed measurement behavior?
Temporal Depth
A week of data is informative. A year is powerful. A decade is a biography.
Event Context
Official events with structured data carry different weight than solo training rides.

Trust only accumulates. Bad data does not subtract from your score. It slows the rate at which trust fills. A trust system that punishes honest athletes for a single dropped recording or a miscalibrated device is not a trust system. It is a fear system. RaceProof does not do fear.

Effort Signature

Every ride has a shape. Not just a power curve, but a full distribution of how you spent your effort across every duration and intensity level. Your sprint. Your threshold. Your endurance. The way you fade. The way you recover.

RaceProof captures this as your Effort Signature: a dense visualization that renders your ride as pure color. High effort glows hot. Low effort stays dark. Line up a year of rides and you see your season: the base phase warm and even, the build concentrating, the peak burning bright.

The heat is normalized to you. A climber's sustained 230 watts burns as bright as a sprinter's 1,667-watt peak. Everyone's signature is their own.

Cross-Source Intelligence

When you record a ride on two independent devices, RaceProof detects the match and merges them into a single MasterActivity. The two power traces are overlaid on a shared timeline, and the space between them becomes visible information. Where the traces agree, trust grows. Where they diverge, the divergence is visible, interpretable, shareable.

Multiple sources are a speed multiplier toward trust, not a prerequisite. A single source ridden consistently over years constitutes solid trust. Two sources compress the timeline to the same destination.

Who RaceProof is for

The trustworthy racer tired of the argument.
You have invested years in honest competition. The proof was always there, buried in your data. RaceProof surfaces it.
The honest athlete who doesn't know their data tells a story.
You ride consistently, record everything, and have never thought about what it means in aggregate. You are more trustworthy than you realize.
Race organizers who want better competitive experiences.
Trust signals at the event level enable smarter field composition and competition that feels fair for everyone.

How it works

01
Connect
Garmin, Strava, Zwift, or upload FIT files directly. RaceProof reads your data. It does not write to your accounts.
02
Build
Activities are ingested, matched across sources, and scored. Devices are identified and tracked. Trust accumulates automatically.
03
Share
Every activity, trust score, and effort signature is shareable via a clean, mobile-optimized link. You control what you share.
